I can see you if you live anywhere in the world. I see some clients for online sessions that I have never met in person. I have several innovative practices that enhance the on-line sessions such as video journals, relational journaling and webinar support programs.
You can benefit from the convenience of having therapy right there in your own home, and fitting it easily into your busy life. You need to be able to guarantee some of the conditions you would find if you came to my clinic. A quiet, private, uninterrupted space and time, with good lighting so I can see your face and your gestures.
I prefer to use Zoom, it seems to offer the most stable connection and best quality. It is very easy to set up.
I travel a great deal to teach, and have worked internationally since 1985, and for the last decade have offered follow up relationships via on-line sessions. This means that some of the awareness that gets generated in the intensity of the workshop setting can be supported and integrated afterwards. I can continue with you after an immersion in experiential learning, applying it to your psyche, your personal growth, your contexts and situations.
Sometimes the work is a combination of face to face psychotherapy work and online sessions. Some clients travel to undertake a local program with me, a workshop or participation in an intensive support program, and then follow up with therapy for a period of time. We can create something that works for you and provides you with a solid foundation of support.
